Support for Children, Young People, and Families Experiencing Change, Loss, and Grief

Practical support for children, young people, adults and whānau experiencing change, loss and grief.

Seasons for Growth is an evidence-based, small-group education programme that supports people to understand experiences of change, loss and grief, strengthen emotional literacy, and develop healthy coping strategies.

Our trained facilitators (Companions) guide participants through structured activities and discussions that build resilience, relationships, and wellbeing.
